Introduction: Rapid organizational growth is a strategic objective, but it frequently generates internal disorder that threatens the company's sustainability. This phenomenon, characterized by an overload of processes, culture, and structure, represents a critical paradox in contemporary management. Objective: To analyze the scientific output of the last decade (2015-2025) to understand how the relationship between rapid growth and organizational disorder has been conceptualized, and what management mechanisms are proposed to navigate it. Method: A systematic literature review was conducted following the PRISMA protocol, analyzing 159 studies extracted from primary academic databases. A qualitative analysis was applied to synthesize the findings and the evolving trends in the field. Results: Research has evolved from a view of disorder as a pathology to be eliminated to its reinterpretation as a phase of strategic transition. Organizational agility, ambidextrous leadership, and the revaluation of distributed knowledge emerge as key factors. Conclusion: Organizational trust is the central mediating mechanism that balances the tension between control and autonomy, and is a more powerful predictor of success than simply imposing formal structures.
