Based on an identified deficiency, this document analyzes the implementation of pedagogical processes in the teaching of Linear Algebra and their correlation with academic performance, justified by the recurring failure rates that affect academic trajectories in STEAM careers. The overall objective of the study was to analyze the implementation of pedagogical processes and their relationship with academic performance in students taking the Linear Algebra course. The research is classified as a mixed-methods, descriptive study with a correlational desing, combining sustematic document review and the application of surveys validated by expert judgment. The population was derived form a broader doctoral Project carried out at three universities, from which on was selected to form a non-probalilistic convenience sample of 44 students who took the course in the April-August 2025 period. The results obtained identified a predominance of pedagogical processes with a systematic and Dynamic approach, but did not reveal a significant correlation between these and academic perfomance, accordin to the statistical análisis perfomed with Spearman´s test. It is concluded that implementation of pedagogical processes is not a direct predictor of performance in Linear Algebra, which highlidhts the need to retihink their design towards more comprehensive models focused on the quality of teaching interaction, thereby enhancing academic achievement.
