Patrones de adicción sobre los teléfonos inteligentes: comportamientos y conductas relacionadas con la tecnología y la salud psicológica

Resumen

La llegada del teléfono inteligente ha traído consigo importantes beneficios a la sociedad, sin embargo, su uso podría ser perjudicial. El objetivo fue, analizar los patrones de adicción sobre los teléfonos inteligentes. Se realizó una revisión bibliográfica con la aplicación del método PRISMA, se recopilaron varios Artículos Científicos (AC) los cuales fueron previamente publicados en revistas indexadas, de forma inicial se obtuvo un total de 71 AC, sin embargo, al aplicar los filtros se redujo a 12 la cantidad de trabajos considerados idóneos. Se generó una matriz en donde se describen los datos clave de los AC, se conoció que las consecuencias que pueden generarse ante el uso problemático del teléfono inteligente, son el estrés, ansiedad y sueño insatisfactorio, lo cuales se relacionan con la adicción. Se logró conocer, que la interacción con el teléfono inteligente ha generado un tipo especial de apego al dispositivo, el mismo que se relaciona no solo con sus funciones utilitarias, sino que se manifiesta en diversos síntomas como la ansiedad, y el estrés; lo que, de forma directa, se asocian con la gravedad del uso problemático del teléfono, generando una desregulación emocional, afectando la estabilidad psicológica, y mala calidad del sueño. En investigaciones futuras se debería centrarse en identificar grupos en riesgo de intervención para su respectiva intervención, con respecto al uso problemático de la tecnología, para evitar los problemas de salud mental y prevenir las conductas adictivas relacionadas con los teléfonos móviles.
