Art, internal marketing, and workplace mental health: a conceptual review of psychosocial risk management

Abstract

This study analyzed the relationship between art, internal marketing, and occupational mental health within the framework of psychosocial risk management in organizations. The problem focused on the limited understanding of how artistic practices could be integrated into internal talent management strategies to mitigate psychosocial risks. The objective was to conceptualize the contributions of research on art in the workplace, internal marketing, and mental health linked to psychosocial risks. The results showed that art generated benefits in the work environment, while internal marketing strengthened internal communication and the sense of belonging. It was also evident that the integration of both approaches contributed to reducing psychosocial risks. It was concluded that this triad constituted an emerging strategy capable of articulating psychological well-being, organizational culture, and strategic objectives consistent with current work demands.
