Abstract

The objective of this research paper is to analyze teachers' perceptions of institutional pedagogical leadership and its influence on the development of collaborative, resilient, and innovative skills in Block 2 of the Jorge Martínez Acosta Educational Unit during the year 2025. Pedagogical leadership is the indicator that determines the appearance of 21st-century educational centers and acts as a catalyst for the consolidation of resilient and creative teaching communities. In this context, the study delves into this dynamic through a quantitative descriptive design applied to a census population of 15 teachers, using a structured questionnaire to identify key dimensions such as collaborative work, pedagogical management support, motivation for innovation, collective resilience, organizational communication, access to training, and professional recognition.

The results reveal conflicting opinions about the leadership practiced. While collaborative work is actively promoted by 100% of teachers, critical areas emerge that require urgent attention, particularly the low level of participation in adopting new pedagogical strategies, an opinion shared by 60% of the participants. Additionally, significant weaknesses are identified in support for implementing innovations, professional development, and teacher recognition. Consequently, this work emphasizes the importance of leadership that unites, trains, and empowers, facilitating change management. Finally, the results are in line with recent literature that highlights distributed and transformational leadership models for designing schools that respond with greater agility and creativity to contemporary challenges.
