Introduction: Acute carbamate poisoning in the agricultural population is preventable and can trigger cholinergic syndrome and rapid deterioration. Methodology: A clinical case study was developed using a narrative literature review (2020–2025), employing the Nursing Care Process and the NANDA-I, NIC, and NOC taxonomies. Results: A 20-year-old male exposed to carbamate by fumigation in an unprotected greenhouse was admitted with abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, drowsiness, and disorientation. His blood pressure was 90/70 mmHg, heart rate 115 bpm, and oxygen saturation 90%. Leukocytosis and potassium (3.2 mmol/L) were documented. A chest X-ray was unremarkable, and an ultrasound was inconclusive regarding appendicitis. He received supportive care, hydration, close monitoring, and was discharged from the ICU without vasoactive medications and is in stable condition at home. Discussion: The literature supports prioritizing ABCDE, secretion control, oxygenation, safe decontamination, and atropine titrated to clinical response, in addition to standardizing care documentation. Conclusions: The Nursing Care Process (NCP) using NANDA-I, NIC, and NOC facilitated prioritization, continuity of care, and evaluation. This case reinforces the need for occupational prevention and education to reduce recurrences, protect healthcare personnel, and strengthen local epidemiological surveillance.
