The primary aim of this analysis is to formulate and assess models of sustainable educational entrepreneurship, incorporating innovation in institutional management as a strategic foundation for cultivating entrepreneurial competencies within the academic domain. Some people say that educational sustainability is more than just using green practices or making budget cuts. Instead, it is a teaching process in which students learn values, knowledge, and skills that are useful for starting a business that connects social, economic, and environmental areas. The study employs a mixed methodological framework, structured within an exploratory-sequential design. The initial phase, qualitative in character, encompasses semi-structured interviews with administrators and educators from institutions that have creatively instituted entrepreneurship programs; the subsequent, quantitative phase, entails the administration of a questionnaire to 120 students at the upper secondary and university levels. The analysis of results shows that institutions that use a systemic approach to management, share leadership, build partnerships between institutions, and create a cross-disciplinary entrepreneurship curriculum have a much bigger effect on skills like creativity, critical thinking, self-management, and social responsibility. Additionally, the integration of instructional innovation—via entrepreneurial laboratories, active methodology, and collaborative projects—augments students’ autonomy and professional initiative. It is deduced that the successful implementation of sustainable educational entrepreneurship systems necessitates a profound restructuring of institutional governance, focused on creating synergistic connections among human resource development, environmental sustainability principles, and innovation processes. This articulation is essential for fostering an entrepreneurial culture that responds to the complexities and paradigmatic requirements of the 21st century.
