Tramas Artísticas e Intervención Socio-Inclusiva para el Desarollo de Habilidades Blandas: "Un Análisis desde la Casa de la Cultura Núcleo de Chimborazo"

Resumen

El presente estudio analiza la influencia de las tramas artísticas en el desarrollo de habilidades blandas dentro de la Casa de la Cultura Núcleo de Chimborazo, entorno clave para la intervención socio-inclusiva en el Ecuador. La importancia de la investigación radica en validar el arte como un mecanismo de aprendizaje que facilita el desarrollo de las interacciones sociales y emocionales. El objetivo fue determinar la relación entre la participación creativa y el fortalecimiento de la asertividad y la empatía en los jóvenes. Para ello, se aplicó una metodología cuantitativa, postpositivista y correlacional con una población censal de 194 usuarios. El principal resultado reveló una correlación positiva y significativa entre la frecuencia de asistencia y el incremento de habilidades conversacionales ($r = .62$; $p < .01$). Además, se observó que el 51.5% de los participantes mantiene una asistencia alta, lo que se traduce en niveles superiores de resolución de problemas interpersonales frente a quienes asisten esporádicamente. Se concluye que la intervención artística reduce los patrones de comunicación agresiva y pasiva, consolidando a la institución como un espacio seguro que potencia la cohesión social mediante una mejora medible en el desempeño social de los usuarios pertenecientes a esta comunidad cultural.
